Orlando, FL is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the United States. With Disney World, Universal Studios and every other theme park imaginable at your disposal, the Orlando area is ripe for all ages.
While you're in town, you might be wondering where you can find a game of pickleball. Orlando is home the PPA Orlando Hertz National Championships but is not known for any large events or pickleball facilities like the US Open or Pictona. So finding a place to place might be more difficult to come by.
Here is a guide to help you find a game.
Public Pickleball Courts in Orlando
Cady Way - Winter Park
The courts at Cady Way are perhaps one of the oldest sets of courts in the Orlando area. Because of this, they are also one of the most popular places to play. Morning noon and night you will always be able to catch a game at Cady.
Unfortunately, that also means you will have to wait for a game. With only 6 courts, expect to wait for your turn to play. Most of the regulars here are urging the city to expand this size by converting the two adjacent tennis courts into 6 more pickleball courts.
Skill-Based Open Play:
Monday and Wednesday Night: Beginner and Intermediate
Tuesday and Thursday Night: Advanced
Veteran's Memorial Park - Winter Garden
Vereran's Memorial Park proudly boasts 10 pickleball courts that opened last year. The courts are converted tennis courts that have been attracting picklers in the area.
The play can be competitive at this court and there are even separate paddle racks for competitive and recreational play. On advanced play nights, there are challenger courts where the winners get to remain on the court. Challengers line up along the fence.

East Lake Park - Lake Nona
These are some of the newest courts in the area. They elected to put four pickleball courts in the space of two tennis courts. This left plenty of room in between courts.
Enjoy these courts while they're still unknown. A park with only four courts will surely fill up fast. Especially these professional-looking courts with a brand-new surface.
More parks to play at:
- Dover Shores Neighborhood Center - Orlando, FL
- Candyland Park - Longwood, FL
Pay-to-Play Options:
USTA National Tennis Center
If you're looking for a WOW factor this is it. The beautiful USTA campus has tennis courts as far as the eyes can see. This is the venue of choice when the PPA Tour comes to town. They create a stadium seating pickleball court on one of the showcase courts.
The only downside here is that courts are rented by the hour.
Pickleball Court Rentals 2023:

Hours of Availability:

Clear One Sports Centre
The first indoor facility on the list. Clear One hosts skill-based open play all throughout the week. They also offer tournaments and clinics. The club has been adding courts and is in the double digits at this point.
Groups looking to reserve a court have that luxury as well. Players can opt for a monthly membership at Clear One or just pay drop-in rates as desired.
Orlando Racket Sports
Orlando Racket Sports is another option for indoor play. There are fewer courts here compared to Clear One. The facility does offer a range of sports including table tennis and badminton.
Play here is also skill-based with the occasional tournament and clinic. This is a great option for a rainy day when the parks are closed and everyone is looking for something to do.
