Join The Dink Team in New York City.
As The Dink’s Founder and CEO relocates to New York City, we’re seeking versatile and creative individuals to join our team to develop, refine, and scale our content strategy across multiple mediums, including video/YouTube, podcasts, social, web, newsletter, and more.
We’re open to hiring multiple candidates, with roles that could range from behind-the-scenes editing & production to on-camera talent. This is a flexible opportunity, open to both part-time and full-time candidates, with responsibilities that range depending on background and experience. The only stipulation: we’re looking for people who already love pickleball and want to make a career out of it.
Potential areas of focus include:
- Creating original content for YouTube and Social Media
- Video production and editing, both long-form and short-form content
- Developing new IP and launching new content verticals
- Writing and editorial for our newsletters and web publication
- Producing, growing, and developing our podcast network and YouTube channel
- Filming and creating engaging short-form content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Appearing on camera for instructional videos or talking head content
- Additional: organizing and managing events in New York City and beyond
We’re seeking individuals who love and consistently play pickleball and are eager to immerse themselves in the sport.
You’ll work directly alongside our founder, gaining unique insight into what it takes to run a media business. This includes collaborating closely while contributing daily to the growth and evolution of the fastest growing brand in the fastest growing sport in the world.

Zane and The Dink Team are seeking a salaried podcast manager.
Hey everybody! Thomas and I are hiring somebody that can help us take the PicklePod to the next level. It’ll be a salaried position, either full time or part time, and you’ll lead production, growth & development, operations & scheduling, guest booking and research, marketing and more. Basically we’re looking for a Jamie - somebody that loves pickleball and somebody who’s willing to grind and grow with us! - Zane
