This initiative has not only changed the lives of the participants but has also set a new standard for mentorship programs across the region and is being duplicated through different nonprofit partnerships around the country. In addition, through the physical health and athletics program, another area of the Foundation’s rich programming, she expanded the tennis program to reach more youth but also led the charge in getting the non-profit into pickleball and padel.
Her commitment to continuous improvement has also led to significant advancements in operational efficiency. By implementing a comprehensive on-boarding and training program for new employees and volunteers, Eleanor has ensured that everyone is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles.
The Inspiring Children Foundation has reached remarkable milestones since Eleanor joined the team. Their ‘Not Alone Challenge’ became the largest mental health campaign in history, offering free mental health resources to over 3 billion people in just two years. Following the campaign's success, Eleanor played a pivotal role in managing the 'Not Alone' dinner series, a collection of philanthropic experiences bringing together thought leaders from around the globe to advocate for mental health, featuring Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple, alongside renowned figures such as Andy Grammer, Andrea Bocelli, Sting, and Jewel.
The Foundation was a Webby Award finalist, underscoring the prestige of their work internationally in the digital realm. They were also the official partner for Kevin Hart's highly anticipated event in Las Vegas during the Super Bowl and the official charity partner of the Netflix Slam (The Slam) featuring tennis stars Nadal and Alcaraz in the first ever live sporting event produced by Netflix.
The Foundation was one of two partners for the Eckhart Summit, which involved a series of talks from author and spiritual teacher, Eckhart Tolle, showcasing their influence and collaboration with prominent leaders.
