Life Time Offering Instructional Video Series Featuring Ben and Collin Johns For Its Members
In partnership with top pickleball pros Ben and Collin Johns, Life Time has announced a new series of instructional videos available to Life Time members through their app.
According to the release, 70 instructional videos, covering game basics to advanced techniques, are designed to "enhance your game and elevate your playing experience."
Life Time's commitment to pickleball
"We're thrilled to partner with Ben and Collin as we continue to support our growing membership in this exciting sport," said RJ Singh, Life Time's Chief Digital Officer and Leader of Life Time Racquet Sports. "These videos reflect our commitment to providing valuable resources for our members, from beginners to elite players, helping them enhance their pickleball experience."
Ben Johns expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, saying, "Life Time has truly embraced the pickleball community, and I'm excited to collaborate with them as they continue to elevate the sport. As an elite pickleball provider, Life Time is setting the standard for excellence in the industry."
Since its launch in 2021, Life Time has become a major player in the pickleball space, with over 635 permanent courts nationwide. To show their full commitment to the sport, they recently appointed tennis legend Andre Agassi as the inaugural chair of the Life Time Pickleball and Tennis board.
They also recently opened a brand new facility in Midtown Manhattan.
Where to find the videos
Life Time members can check out the new instructional video series on the Life Time app. Collin and Ben (with Dekel Bar) also have instructional videos available through their Pickleball 360 training site.
Each feature in the Life Time videos provides demonstrations by Ben and Collin, and includes:
- Basic pickleball orientation and rules
- Warmups and practice drills
- Singles and doubles dynamics
- Key play movements
- Advanced techniques
This is the second partnership announcement featuring Collin Johns in the last month. It's smart of him to make moves now while he and Ben are at the top of the pro game.
For our own amusement, we also hope there is a video on how to get really, really, really mad about let cords.
