Carvana dipped their toe in the pickleball waters at the start of 2022 by sponsoring the Desert Ridge Open. Now they are going all in. Caravana has taken over the role as title sponsor of the PPA Tour.
The auto retailer's presence was felt at the Desert Ridge Open. CEO Ernie Garcia even competed in the Phoenix-based event, the same city as Carvana's HQ.
The Caravana deal early in the year was one of the first signings of the Dundon era. In this year alone the tour has added major sponsors like Hertz, Guaranteed Rate, N2Grate, Bubbly and more.
