The 14 televised tour stops include four majors (Ft. Lauderdale Open, New York City Open, Newport Beach Open, and the International Championships) and the U.S. Collegiate Championships.
Additionally, for amateurs, there are six Golden Ticket events for players to earn a spot to compete in the 2025 USAP National Championships.
“As we embark on season seven of the APP Tour, we are firmly positioned for another year of significant growth and excitement,” said APP Founder Ken Herrmann. “The APP Tour continues to set the standard for tournament playing experience for all pickleball players across all ages and abilities. Our expansion of our linear TV coverage mirrors the sport’s continued rapid growth, as we will continue to provide our pro players with a worldwide platform to showcase their skills and share their stories. The 2025 APP Tour season will be the best one yet.”
The 2025 APP Tour begins with the opening of The Fort, the APP’s global headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
The state-of-the-art global pickleball hub features 43 courts and the world’s first pickleball stadium, a training center, and serves as the home for the APP Academy, further supporting the APP’s mission in developing the sport’s talent and growing pickleball at all levels.
